摘要
随着中国城市化的进一步加快和产业结构的调整,城市中大量工业遗产面临被拆除的危险。工业遗产是城市文明的见证,蕴含着巨大的综合价值,对于延续城市文脉,创建特色城市有着重要作用。通过分析工业遗产的现状以及再利用困境,论证了保护工业遗产对于延续城市文脉的重要性,提出了积极的保护与再生策略,为今后工业遗产的开发再利用提供理论参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization and an adjustment for industrial structure in China,a large amount of industrial heritages in cities are facing the danger of being pulled down.Witnessing the city civilization,the industrial heritage contains higher compositive value,and it has played a significant role in continuing urban context and constructing featured cities.Based on the analysis of status quo and reuse dilemma of industrial heritage,the paper demonstrated the importance of protecting industrial heritage for continuing urban context and positive strategies of industrial heritage protection and regeneration,which also provided a reference for development and reuse of industrial heritage.
