摘要
目的探讨小儿腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术后的护理措施的临床效果。方法取自2015年4月至2016年4月大连市儿童医院外科二病房收治的阑尾炎患者60例,随机分为对照组30例,采用常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用优质护理方案,观察两组患儿术后并发症发生率、排气时间及住院时间。结果试验组患儿术后并发症发生率、排气时间及住院时间明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿阑尾炎患者行腹腔镜切除术后应用优质护理可明显减轻患儿治疗痛苦,降低术后并发症发生情况,加快创口愈合时间,缩短住院时间,临床效果优异。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing measures after laparoscopic appendectomy in children. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016 in Dalian city children's hospital surgical ward from two patients with appendicitis in 60 cases, 30 cases were randomly divided into control group, using conventional care, the experimental group of 30 patients, the application of high quality nursing programs were observed in two groups after operation complication rate, exhaust time and hospitalization time. Results The incidence of postoperative complications, exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of children with pain can significantly reduce the application of high quality nursing care of children with appendicitis were treated with laparoscopic resection, reduce postoperative complications, accelerate wound healing time, hospitalization time, clinical effect is excellent.
