下丘脑酪氨酸羟化酶与妊娠晚期和哺乳期甲状腺功能亢进大鼠性激素水平的相关性分析

摘要
目的探讨妊娠晚期和哺乳期甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)大鼠下丘脑酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)与催乳素、雌激素和孕激素水平的关系。方法选取20只雌性SD大鼠,分为两组,正常组10只(妊娠晚期与哺乳期各5只)与甲亢组10只(妊娠晚期与哺乳期各5只)。甲亢组采用左甲状腺素钠灌胃建立甲亢模型,正常组只灌服生理盐水。比较两组的一般情况及血清催乳素、雌激素、孕激素水平与下丘脑TH表达。结果甲亢组妊娠晚期一般情况与正常组无显著性(P> 0. 05),哺乳期大鼠进食饮水量较对照组显著增加,体重显著下降(P <0. 05)。甲亢组妊娠晚期催乳素、雌激素和孕激素水平显著高于正常组(P <0. 05),哺乳期与正常组无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。甲亢组妊娠晚期与哺乳期的下丘脑TH表达显著低于正常组(P <0. 05)。线性相关分析显示甲亢组妊娠晚期和哺乳期的催乳素、雌激素和孕激素水平与下丘脑TH表达呈显著负相关性(P <0. 05)。结论妊娠晚期和哺乳期甲亢大鼠下丘脑TH表达降低,催乳素、雌激素和孕激素水平增加,两者呈现负相关性。
        Objective To investigate correlation between TH and prolactin,estrogen and progesterone levels in hyperthyroidism rats during late pregnancy and lactation. Methods 20 female SD rats were divided into two groups,namely normal group( n = 10,5 in late pregnancy and 5 in lactation) and hyperthyroidism group( n = 10,5 in late pregnancy and 5 rats in lactation). Hyperthyroidism model was established by intragastric administration of levothyroxine sodium. General conditions,serum prolactin,estrogen,progesterone and expression of hypothalamic TH were compared between groups. Results General condition of hyperthyroidism group was not significantly different from normal group( P >0. 05),but lactation period was significantly longer than in normal group( P < 0. 05). Prolactin,estrogen and progesterone levels in hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than in normal group( P < 0. 05),but not significant during lactation( P > 0. 05). TH expression in hypothalamus of hyperthyroidism group during late pregnancy and lactation was significantly lower than in normal group( P < 0. 05). Prolactin,estrogen and progesterone levels of hyperthyroid group in late pregnancy and lactation was negatively correlated with hypothalamic TH expression( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Hyperthyroidism rats during late pregnancy and lactation tend to have decreased hypothalamic TH and increased serum prolactin,estrogen and progesterone,which are negatively correlated.
