摘要
免疫性血小板减少症是小儿常见出血性疾病,其主要临床特点是皮肤、黏膜出血和束臂试验阳性,血小板减少、出血时间延长和血块收缩不良,西医治疗以肾上腺皮质激素,静脉输注免疫球蛋白为临床一线用药,但治疗效果欠佳,费用较高,且容易反复。丁樱教授对免疫性血小板减少症的治疗积累了丰富的经验,临床治疗以滋阴清热,活血化瘀为大法,以自拟"升板方"为基础,必要时联合激素,每取得良效。
Immune thrombocytopenia is a common hemorrhagic disease in children. The main clinical features were skin, mucosal hemorrhage and bundle arm test positive, thrombocytopenia, prolonged bleeding time and poor blood clot contraction. Western medicine used adrenocortical hormone and intravenous immunoglobulin as the first line of treatment. But the curative effect is not good, the cost is high, and it is easy to relapse. Professor Ding Ying has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia. In clinic, nourishing yin and clearing heat, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the major methods. On the basis of self-made Shengban prescription, if necessary, combined with hormones, good effect has been obtained
