摘要
2016年,上海紧紧围绕建设中国(上海)自由贸易试验区和具有全球影响力的科技创新中心两大国家战略,紧密结合供给侧结构性改革,有序推进中央交给上海的重要改革试点和全市面上重点领域改革,取得了一系列积极进展和重要突破。2017年,上海要直面新形势新挑战,配合好国家和全市发展大局,奋力攻坚克难,大胆先行先试,加快推动有利于增强经济发展动力、促进社会公平正义、提高人民群众获得感和调动广大干部群众积极性的改革,着力提高改革整体效能,扩大改革受益面,发挥好改革先导性作用,继续当好全国改革开放排头兵、创新发展先行者。
In 2016,Shanghai focus on the construction of China(Shanghai)pilot free trade zone and has a global influence of science and technology innovation center two national strategies,focus on the supply side structural reforms,in order to promote the important reform pilot central to the Shanghai market and the key areas of reform,and achieved a series of positive progress and breakthroughs.In2017,Shanghai will face the challenge of the new situation,with a good state and the overall development of the city,struggling to tackle tough,daring pilot,accelerate to enhance the economic development momentum,promote social fairness and justice,improve people gain a sense of reform and mobilize the enthusiasm of the cadres and the masses,and strive to improve the overall effectiveness of the reform,expand the reform benefit,play the leading role of the reform,continue to take the vanguard of reform and opening up,apioneer in the development of innovation.
