摘要
为进一步提升细水雾的灭火效果,在传统细水雾灭火系统基础上增加灭火剂混合装置和灭火剂储存罐,设计了一种可自动混合灭火剂的细水雾增强型灭火系统。为了评估细水雾增强型灭火系统的灭火能力,搭建了10 kV变压器模拟灭火试验平台,利用7个位于不同位置的变压器油盘火模拟变压器火灾,对比了添加灭火剂前后细水雾的灭火效果。试验结果表明,在添加0.1%的复合表面活性剂灭火剂后,增强型细水雾灭火系统扑灭变压器油火的能力可提升近2.5倍,且可有效扑灭纯水细水雾不能扑灭的小型残余火。
        In order to improve the efficiency of water mist fire extinguishing, a kind of water mist enhanced fire extinguishing system which can automatically mix fire extinguishing agent was designed by adding fire extinguishing agent mixer and fire extinguisher storage tank to traditional water mist fire extinguishing system. In order to evaluate the extinguishing capability of the enhanced water mist fire extinguishing system, a 10 kV transformer simulation extinguishing test platform was built. The transformer fire was simulated using seven transformer oil plates at different positions. The fire extinguishing effect with and without fire extinguisher was compared. The results showed that, after adding 0.1% extinguishing agent, extinguishing effect had increased by 250%, and the small residual fire was effectively extinguished.
