摘要
介绍了一种不对称半桥反激开关变换器,分析了其工作原理和软开关条件,实现了主开关管的零电压开关(ZVS)和输出二极管的零电流开关(ZCS),并使主开关管的电压应力不高于输入电压。该电路应用LM5025A控制芯片,简化了传统的驱动电路。实验结果表明,该电路所需器件少,结构简单并实现了ZVZCS,效率高达92%。
        An asymmetrical half-bridge flyback converter is introduced by discussing its working principle and conditions of soft switching.This converter achieves zero voltage switching(ZVS)operation on power switches and zero current switching(ZCS)operation on output rectifier and the switch voltage stresses are no more than the input voltage.By using control chip LM5025 A,the tranditional drive circuit is simplified.The test results show that ZVZCS is achieved and the efficiency is obtained about 92%.
