摘要
目的 :探究穴位注线治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎临床疗效及对IL-1、MMP-13表达的影响。方法 :将60例合格受试者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用穴位注线联合基础治疗的方法,对照组采用套管针"假针刺"联合基础治疗的方法,如出现不耐受疼痛,两组均给予口服洛索洛芬钠片治疗,疗程4周。运用NRS评分、洛索洛芬钠片使用率、IL-1和MMP-13的表达对治疗前和治疗后疗效进行评估。结果 :两组治疗后NRS评分较治疗前均有所改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组洛索洛芬钠片服用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗方式均可以减少IL-1的表达,但试验组与对照组间无差异(P>0.05);试验组可以减少MMP-13的表达,对照组对于MMP-13的表达无影响,试验组与对照组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论 :经络穴位辨证注线治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎临床疗效优于套管针"假针刺"治疗,但对IL-1、MMP-13表达的影响不大。
Objective :To explore clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding treating deficiency of liver and kidney knee type osteoarthritis and its effect on IL-1,MMP-13. Methods :60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30). The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding and basic treatment. The control group was treated with trocar sham acupuncture and basic treatment. If patients cannot bore the pain,the loxoprofen sodium tablets will be given to them. The course of two groups are both four weeks. Therapeutic effect was assessed by scores of NRS,usage rate of loxoprofen sodium tablets and the performance of IL-1,MMP-13 before and after fourweek treatment. Results :After the treatment,there were improvements in scores of NRS in the both groups,in which the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of the use rate of loxoprofen sodium tablets after treatment showed that the dosage of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Two treatments could both decrease the expression of IL-1 with no differences between two groups(P>0.05);Observation group could decrease the expression of MMP-13 and control group cannot. There was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion :The acupoint catgut embedding treating is better than trocar sham acupuncture in treating deficiency of liver and kidney type knee osteoarthritis and has little effect on the expression of IL-1 and MMP-13.
