摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌与代谢紊乱性疾病之一。PCOS多在青春期起病,给许多青春期女性的生理及精神造成伤害。近年来,青春期PCOS的患病率逐渐升高,发病年龄逐渐提前,患者多因月经稀发、不规则阴道出血、多毛以及肥胖等原因就诊,女性青春期的许多生理变化类似于青春期PCOS的临床表现,导致青春期PCOS诊断困难。青春期正处于女性性腺发育阶段,各器官系统功能尚处于发育完善阶段,故需要积极干预青春期PCOS,目前尚无统一标准的诊疗方案,但应谨慎使用药物。
Polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine and metabolic disorders in women of childbearing age. PCOS often onsets in puberty,which causes physical and mental harm to many adolescent women. In recent years,the prevalence of adolescent PCOS has gradually increased,the age of onset is gradually getting younger. The patients go to see a doctor because of oligomenorrhea,irregular vaginal bleeding,hairy and obesity,because many physiological changes in female adolescence are similar to the clinical manifestations of adolescent PCOS,resulting in difficult diagnosis of adolescent PCOS. Adolescence is at the stage of female gonad development,and the organ system function is still in development,so active intervention is needed for the adolescent PCOS,and caution should be taken for drug usage,since there is no unified standard of diagnosis and treatment program yet.
