摘要
目的观察自体脂肪填充联合"V"脸提拉面部除皱术在中老年面部年轻化患者中的应用效果。方法使用随机数表法将2017年1月至2018年6月在我院行面部年轻化手术的92例中老年患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组仅接受"V"脸提拉面部除皱术治疗,观察组接受自体脂肪填充联合"V"脸提拉面部除皱术治疗。统计两组患者手术效果优良率和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术效果优良率(89.13%)高于对照组(71.74%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者术后脂肪液化、纤维囊性化等并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论"V"脸提拉面部除皱术联合自体脂肪填充在中老年面部年轻化患者中的应用效果较好,且患者术后并发症发生率较低,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Autologous fat filling combined with "V" face lifting in the facial rejuvenation of middle-aged and elderly patients. Method Using the random number table method, 92 middle-aged and elderly patients who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received only "V" face lifting treatment, while the observation group received autologous fat filling combined with "V" face lifting treatment.The rate of good and excellent surgical results and the incidence of postoperative complications were calculated. Result The rate of excellent and good operation results in the observation group(89.13%) was higher than that in the control group(71.74%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications such as fat liquefaction and fibrocystic fibrosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of "V" face lifting combined with autologous fat filling in middle-aged and elderly patients with facial rejuvenation has a good effect, and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients is low, which can be popularized in clinical application.
