摘要
本文以化学工艺学中合成气生产过程的教学内容为素材,选取已经工业化的固定床、流化床和气流床中具有代表性的鲁奇加压气化工艺、高温温克勒加压气化工艺和德士古水煤浆加压气化工艺,从热力学、动力学和应用角度阐述不同煤炭气化技术的共性和特点,以期使学生认识到煤是一种可以清洁利用的化石能源和重要原料;通过对比三种不同的煤炭气化工艺流程,引导学生进一步了解煤炭高效清洁利用过程中存在的问题和煤炭气化技术的主要发展趋势。
This paper described the common and characteristics of different gasification technology from thermodynamics,kinetics and application point of view based on already industrialized and typical representative fixed bed,fluidized bed and gas flow bed,which are the fifth chapter teaching content in Chemical Technology teaching materials.Comparing Lurgi pressurized gasification process,high temperature Winkler pressurized gasification process and Desco water coal slurry pressurized gasification process,the students could realize that coal is a difficult clean use of fossil energy,but also is an and important raw materials.In addtion,by comparing three different gasification processes,it could guide the students to understand the major issues and tendencies in the development of coal gasification technology.
