基于BIM的工程造价算量软件应用现状与发展对策

摘要
工程量计算是建筑工程造价成本控制的前提和基础,传统算量方式效率低下、精度不高,BIM的出现为建设工程领域带来新的革命。基于国内外建筑工程造价算量软件的发展沿革分析,指出了使用BIM技术算量软件是时代发展所需,具有天然优势和重要价值,并梳理了我国BIM算量软件目前的应用现状,从行业标准及法律法规、BIM模型建模软件、综合型技术人才等方面,提出BIM算量软件的发展建议,对推动BIM技术在建筑工程算量领域的应用具有重要意义。
        The engineering quantity calculation is the premise and foundation of the construction project cost control. The traditional calculation method is inefficient and the precision is not high. The appearance of BIM brings a new revolution to the construction engineering field. Based on the analysis of the development history of construction engineering cost calculation software at home and abroad, it is pointed out that using BIM technology to calculate software is necessary for the development of the times, with natural advantages and important values, and combing the current application status of China's BIM calculation software, from the industry In terms of standards, laws and regulations, BIM model modeling software, and comprehensive technical personnel, the development of BIM calculation software is proposed, which is of great significance in promoting the application of BIM technology in the field of construction engineering calculation.
