摘要
20世纪中后期以来,在食品行业竞争加剧和食品供应者趋利性动机等因素的综合影响下,国外食品供应链道德风险频发,由此引起了国外学者对食品供应链道德风险问题的密切关注。围绕食品供应链道德风险的概念界定、治理食品供应链道德风险的现实理据与具体方略等问题,国外学者进行了积极的学术探索,并取得了一些可资借鉴的研究成果。梳理和评析国外食品供应链道德风险的相关研究成果,将有益于推动我国治理食品供应链道德风险的实践。
