摘要
体操课程是我国高校体育类专业必修主干课程。主要梳理与总结了武汉体育学院体操课程建设近10多年来一系列理论研究及实践探索的成效和经验。研究认为其主要成效在于:以社会需求为导向,重塑"厚基础、强能力、重应用"课程建设理念;契合专业需求,构建"专修、普修、选修"多元教学内容体系;突出学生自学能力培养,创新"四结合四整合"教学模式;融合创新,建设"纸质+电子+音像+网络"立体化教材;高标准、强提升,建设优秀师资团队。其主要特色与启示在于:系统研究推动课程全面发展;与时俱进加快课程改革;协同发展促进资源共建共享;多级联动推进国际交流与合作。
Gymnastics curriculum is compulsory for majors of physical education in colleges and universities in China.This paper mainly summarizes the achievements and experiences of a series of theoretical research and practical exploration in the construction of quality gymnastics curriculum in Wuhan Sports University in the past ten years.Based on the needs of society,the emphasis has been laid on the theoretical foundation and practical ability of the students.A threedimensional teaching content system including specialized courses,general courses and elective courses has been constructed to encourage the students' self-study.A teaching mode with integration of eight aspects has been applied.Teaching materials have been in "paper,electronic,audio-visual and network"forms.Elite staff development has been promoted through various means.Scientific research has push forward the curricular construction and reform.Co-construction and sharing of resources have given impetus to coordinate development.International exchanges and cooperation have been promoted at multiple levels.
