摘要
采用文献资料和对比分析等研究方法,以体育(表演)艺术专业人才培养为主线,提出招生入口决定人才培养的起点、教学实践与人才培养相互偶联、就业出口决定人才培养是否可持续进行等观点,分析教师教学与培养模式、学生学习与培养模式、专门性培养模式,结合教学实践的操作平台与效果评价,提炼出能够协助人才培养的相关建议,为体育(表演)艺术专业人才培养提供务实的参考依据。
Through the method of literature and comparative analysis,taking sports(performing) arts professional training as the main line,this paper put forwards that enrollment entrance determines the starting point of personnel training,teaching practice and personnel training. The export of employment determines the sustainable development of personnel training. This paper analyzes the teaching and training mode of teachers,the learning and training mode of students,the special training mode,and combining with the operation platform and effect evaluation of teaching practice,and put forward some suggestions to help the personnel training,provide a practical reference for the training of sports(performance) arts professionals.
