摘要
通过对比复相空心球和轻质莫来石两种骨料对轻质高铝浇注料性能的影响,采用复合骨料研制轻质高铝浇注料,其具有优良的流动性、施工性能、常温强度、中温强度等各项性能;复相空心球内部的封闭气孔具有很好的隔热性能,可以降低材料的导热系数,但由于复相空心球的气孔直径较大,降低浇注料导热系数的效果有限。
        By comparing the effect between multiphase hollow ball and light weight mullite to lightweight high alumina castables, the lightweight high alumina castables developed by composite castables has good fluidity, construction performance, normal temperature strength and moderate temperature strength;the sealed porosity inside of multiphase hollow ball has good heat-insulating property, it can reduce the thermal conductivity, however it also has the limit because of the large pore diameter.
