摘要
小反刍兽疫病毒属于副黏病毒科、麻疹病毒属,主要感染山羊、绵羊、野生小反刍兽,临床症状以发热、肺炎、腹泻及呼吸道和消化道黏膜炎症为主要特征。目前小反刍兽疫在世界范围内广泛传播,给畜牧业造成了严重经济损失。加强对小反刍兽疫病毒的致病机理和疫苗研究,对于防控小反刍兽疫具有重要意义。本文对近年来小反刍兽疫病毒及其疫苗研究领域的进展进行了综述与展望。
        Peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV) is a member of the genus Morbillivirus belonging to the family Paramyxoviridae.PPRV mainly infects goats, sheep and wild small ruminant animals. The main signs of Peste des petits ruminants(PPR) are fever,pneumonia, profuse diarrhea, and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the respiratory and digestive tracts. The disease is now spreading widely around the world and has caused serious economic losses to the livestock industry. Therefore, it is of great importance to strengthen the research of the etiology, pathogenesis and vaccine of PPRV. This article reviews and prospects the progress in these areas in recent years.
