摘要
海上A气田存在储量丰度低、测试无阻流量低及边底水发育等特征,以常规井网进行开发经济效益较差。在开发方案编制中,国内海上气田首次提出应用多分支井开发的新思路,优化得到一套水平井与多分支井相结合开发的开发井网。多分支井开发海上气田的尝试有效地降低了该气田的开发井数,推动了开发方案的实施。开发方案编制中以数值模拟为手段,对开发井型、井数进行论证,对水平段长度、开发井纵向位置及分支角度等进行了优化。基于优化结果,实施的多分支井在4年的生产实践中表明:①根据A气田地质特点,水平井及多分支井主支长度在800~1 000 m,分支与主支角度以30°为佳;②A气田的生产实践表明,多分支井部署在气田中上部生产,可以较好地保持低水气比生产,延缓水锥,保障气田稳产;③多分支井提高产能效果明显,生产实践证实其产能可达定向井的3~6倍,初步测算投入产出比可达到定向井的2~4倍。
        With edge and bottom water, offshore A gasfield is characterized by low reserve abundance and absolute open flow. Moreover, its economic benefits are poor when developed by conventional well-pattern modes. So, a new idea to develop China offshore gasfields by using multilateral wells is for the first time proposed, and a novel well-pattern mode is set up by combining horizontal with multilateral wells. This new multilateral-well development may effectively reduce well number and promote scheme implementation. In the development scheme, numerical simulation is also adopted to demonstrate the well type and number, and to optimize the length of horizontal interval and the longitudinal position of development wells and branch angle. After 4-year practice on optimized multilateral wells, it is shown that,(1) in view of both geological and reservoir characteristics of A gasfield, it is optimal to set the main length of horizontal and multilateral wells at about 800-1000 m and the angle of branch and main branch at 30 o;(2) deploying multilateral wells at the middle and upper parts is conducive to keeping production at a low water/gas ratio, delaying water coning,and ensuring stable production; and(3) multilateral wells play a remarkable role in productivity increase, reaching 3-6 times directional-well productivity. And preliminary calculation demonstrates that their input/output ratio achieves more than 2-4 times that of directional wells.
