摘要
苏里格气田南区是苏里格气田的重要组成部分,气田采出水的安全、环保处理是气田平稳运行的保障。苏里格气田南区采出水包括上古、下古两部分,通过水量、水质及上古、下古采出水的配伍性试验分析,提出采出水处理方法.下古井采出水在地层温度下具有明显的结垢特性,而上古井采出水在地层温度下结垢特性非常小,结合气区实际情况,上、下古气井不含甲醇采出水可混合处理达标回注,而下古含醇采出水则需回收甲醇后方可进行处理回注地层。
The Southern District is an important part of the Sulige gas field.The produced water treatment is the safety guarantee for smooth operation of the gas field.The produced water of South block in Sulige gas field includes two sections which are in upper and lower Paleozoic.The paper proposes the produced water treatment through analysis of the amount of water,water quality and the compatibility test of the produced water from the upper and lower Paleozoic.The produced water of lower Paleozoic has obvious fouling properties at formation temperature,while that of upper Paleozoic doesn't have such properties.Combining with the actual situation of the gas district,the upper and lower Paleozoic gas wells don't contain methanol produced water,so the water can be treated together and re-injected after reaching the standards.While the lower Paleozoic gas well contains methanol produced water and has to get the methanol recovered.Then the water can be treated to reach the standards and re-injected into the formation.
