摘要
<正>患者,男,42岁。因主诉发热4 d于2018年6月5日入院,最高体温39.7℃。无吸毒史、过敏史、遗传病史、传染性疾病家族史。查体:T39.4℃,脉搏、呼吸、血压正常,心、肺、肝、脾检查未发现异常。实验室检查:血WBC 3. 55×10~9/L,N 78.50%,L 16. 10%,M 4.8%;RBC 5. 14×10~(12)/L,Hb 79 g/L,PLT 60×10~9/L;尿隐血试验、酮体、尿糖、尿蛋白阳性;大便隐
