摘要
本文提出一种基于模糊模式识别的多层粘接结构中紧贴脱粘类型的超声检测方式。通过超声脉冲反射法获得9类已知脱粘类型的脉冲回波信号,并提取声程不同的特征回波幅值作为代表脱粘类型的特征参数。不同脱粘类型的特征参数间无明显界限且围绕各自平均值上下波动,此时可认为其特征参数形成了一个模糊子集。利用模糊函数中不同模糊子集间贴近度的计算对待测缺陷进行分类。结果表明,利用待检测缺陷与已知脱粘类型模糊子集之间的贴近度,可以有效划分脱粘类型,为超声紧贴缺陷检测的定量和定位提供了有效的解决方法。
        In this paper, a method based on fuzzy pattern recognition is proposed to identify the adhesion and debonding type in multi-layer adhesive structure. The pulse-echo signals of 9 types of known debonding were obtained by ultrasonic pulse reflection method, and the characteristic echo amplitudes of different sound courses were extracted as characteristic parameters of the representative stick type. Due to the different types of debonding,the characteristic parameters fluctuate around the average value, and there is no obvious boundary between different types of characteristic parameters. At this time, the corresponding feature parameters of the debonding type can be considered to form a fuzzy set, which can be used to characterize fuzzy sets. The degree of closeness is closely related to the classification. The results show that the type of debonding can be effectively distinguished by using the degree of closeness between the sample to be tested and the characteristic parameters of the echo characteristics of known debonding type features. This method provides an effective solution for ultrasonic detection and identification of different cling defects.
