摘要
目的:探讨胃腺癌中YAP基因的状态及其与临床病理特征、预后的相关性。方法:用分子荧光原位杂交技术检测人胃腺癌组织中YAP基因改变情况,并探讨YAP基因与患者的临床病理特征及预后的相关性。结果:13.5%(13/96)的胃腺癌中存在YAP基因拷贝数的增加,YAP基因拷贝数的增加与胃腺癌的不良预后显著相关(P=0.04)。结论:部分胃腺癌中存在YAP基因拷贝数增加且与不良预后相关。分子荧光原位杂交对YAP基因的检测有望为胃癌组织的早期诊断、预防、临床治疗和预后判断提供新的靶点和可靠依据。
        Objective: To investigate the correlation of YAP gene in gastric cancer and its clinical significance and prognosis. Methods: The YAP DNA expression in human gastric ductal adenocarcinoma tissues were detected by FISH and explored the relationship between clinical significance and prognosis of patients with YAP gene statue. Results:The positive rate of YAP gene in gastric carcinoma was 13. 5%( 13/96). The poor prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly related to the increase of the copy number of YAP gene( P = 0. 04). Conclusion: The increase of the copy mumber of YAP gene in gastric adenocarcinoma was associated with a poor prognosis. Detection of YAP gene by FISH is expected to provide a new target and reliable basis for early diagnosis,prevention,clinical treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.
