摘要

<正>急性间质性肾炎(AIN)是导致急性肾损伤(AKI)的重要原因之一。AIN的主要病理表现为肾间质炎细胞浸润,通常不伴肾小球病变。在慢性肾小球肾炎基础上发生的AIN的临床病理表现与单纯AIN、慢性肾小球肾炎继发间质损害有一定区别。本科室近期连续诊治2例IgA肾病合并急性间质性肾炎患者,现报告如下。
