摘要
回顾国外医院安全文化及其改进策略的相关研究,明确安全文化的构成要素,针对性地采取以证据为基础的安全文化改进策略,构建患者安全保障体系,最大限度地减少患者伤害事件的发生。
Reviewed the foreign research on hospital safety culture and its improvement strategies, in order to make a full sense of the connotation and constituent elements of safety culture, take targeted and evidence-based strategies to improve safety culture, build patient safety guarantee system, and minimize adverse events on patients.
