经济型抽油机低压变频器的研制

摘要
目前,大庆油田的抽油机主要采用工频控制,存在载荷过低、调参困难、系统效率低、能耗较大等问题。采用变频器驱动,则可以满足抽油机井的动态调参需求,提高采油效率并实现油井的合理化开采。针对抽油机通用变频器存在的维护不方便、谐波污染等问题,通过采用四象限变频控制技术,开发经济型抽油机专用变频器,在满足油田对节能降耗需求的同时可进一步降低采购和维护成本。现场应用表明,研发的抽油机低压变频器可提高电动机运行时的功率因数,且调参方便、运行稳定、维护简单,抽油机电动机平均综合节电率达15%,具有良好的节能效果。按年需求量1 000套测算,每年可降低采购成本350万元左右,具有良好的推广前景。
        At present,the pumping unit of Daqing Oilfield mainly adopts power frequency control,and there are problems such as "large horse-drawn car", difficulty in adjusting the parameters,low system efficiency and high energy consumption. Driven by frequency converter, it can meet the dynamic adjustment requirements of pumping wells, improve oil recovery efficiency and rationalize mining of oil wells.In view of the inconvenient maintenance and harmonic pollution of the general frequency converter of the pumping unit, the four-quadrant frequency conversion control technology is adopted to develop an economical pumping unit-specific frequency converter, which can further reduce the oilfield's demand for energy saving and consumption reduction. Procurement and maintenance costs. The field application shows that the lowvoltage inverter of the pumping unit can improve the power factor,convenient adjustment,stable operation and simple maintenance of the motor.The average power saving rate of the pumping unit motor is 15%,which has good energy-saving effect.According to the annual demand of 1000 sets of calculations, the annual procurement cost can be reduced by about 3.5 million yuan, which has a good promotion prospect.
