摘要
OA办公自动化系统是通过计算机实现办公目标的全新手段。医院作为为全民提供服务的特大型机构,利用办公自动化系统有助于科学规划医院管理架构,创新管理体系,促使医院员工通过互联网平台交换信息,极大提高工作效率,提升资源利用率,降低办公成本,实现无纸化工作方式,同时,增强协同办公的有效性,保证上级决策快速传达至各级岗位。此外,办公自动化系统有助于构建科学的管理制度,加快数字化转化速度,打破空间及地域的限制,实现医院与医院的联合。笔者主要阐述了OA办公自动化系统的具体特征,简要讲述了此系统对医院办公的重要性,针对医院内部的不同工作岗位,提出该系统在医院的具体应用方式,并根据应用效果进行说明,以期加强OA办公自动化系统在医院信息化管理的应用,为医院信息化管理提供帮助。
