海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖在盐酸中对碳钢的缓蚀作用

摘要
将壳聚糖(CS)改性成月桂酰壳聚糖(LYCS),再以戊二醛作为交联剂,制备海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖(SALYCS)。通过失重试验和电化学试验研究了海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖在1mol/L盐酸溶液中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:在同一温度下,海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖的缓蚀率随其含量的增大而增大;同一浓度下,随温度升高,缓蚀率先增大后减小,在308K时达到最佳;海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖在碳钢表面上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型;海藻酸钠-月桂酰壳聚糖属于抑制阴极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
        Lauroyl chitosan(LYCS)was prepared by modification of chitosan(CS),and then sodium alginatelauroyl chitosan(SA-LYCS)was prepared using glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent.The corrosion inhibition of the SA-LYCS to carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by weight loss method and electrochemical testing.The results show that inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of SA-LYCS concentration at the same temperature.At the same concentration,inhibition efficiency increased at first and then decreased with the increase of temperature.The largest value of inhibition efficiency was gotten when the temperature was 308 K.The adsorption behavior of the SA-LYCS on the steel surface was fitted to Langmuir adsorption model.The SA-LYCS was a mix inhibitor mainly inhibiting cathodic raction.
