超重力技术在煤热解气体净化中的应用

摘要
为了解决煤热解气体净化中塔类设备存在的占地面积大、效率低、能耗高、易堵塞等问题,将超重力技术应用于气体净化。该技术具有传质效率高,能耗低等优点。针对热解气体净化的不同需求,开发出两种形式的超重力机。超重力机均采用规整填料和模块化设计,具有运行平稳、效率高、体积小、能耗低、操作弹性大、易维修等优点,具有明显的技术优势和经济效益。
        The application of rotating packed bed in coal pyrolysis gas purification can solve the problems of tower equipment in coal pyrolysis gas purification,such as large-scale,low efficiency,high energy consumption and easy blockage.The rotating packed bed has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency and low energy consumption.Two forms of rotating packed bed have been developed to meet the different requirements of pyrolysis gas purification.These forms of rotating packed bed adopts structured packing and modular design,and has the advantages of stable operation,high efficiency,small volume,low energy consumption,large operation flexibility and easy maintenance.They have obvious technical advantages and economic benefits.
