中药颗粒剂两种调剂模式的认识

摘要
通过查阅文献资料并结合本人多年工作经验,对我院两种颗粒调剂模式——手工调配模式和智能中药调剂系统模式进行优缺点分析,认为自动化调剂颗粒剂的模式携带服用较传统手工调剂模式计量更为准确,服用携带等优点更加突出。特别是颗粒剂能够像中药饮片那样药味随症加减,完全符合中医辨证论治的原则。从现有的处方用药使用情况来看,疗效切实可靠。但也有部分患者及临床医生认为不管何种颗粒剂,其临床疗效、安全性与传统中药饮片有较大差别,不推荐使用。
        By consulting the literature and combining my many years of work experience, the author analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of particle adjustment modes in our hospital-manual blending mode and intelligent Chinese medicine dispensing system mode. It is considered that the mode of automatic dispensing granules is more traditional than manual adjustment.Mode measurement is more accurate, and the advantages of taking and carrying are more prominent. In particular, it can be used as a decoction in addition to the decoction, in line with the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation. Judging from the use of existing prescription drugs, the effect is reliable. However, some patients and clinicians believe that regardless of the granules, their clinical efficacy and safety are quite different from those of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. It is not recommended.
