摘要
与传统永磁电机相比,横向磁通永磁电机(TFPM)具有更高的转矩密度,但存在漏磁与齿槽转矩较大等不足。为此,开展了兼顾抑制漏磁和齿槽转矩的表贴式TFPM设计与优化的有限元分析及实验证实的研究工作,但是该方案实际存在辅助定子固定困难的不足,迫切需要开展在体积及永磁体用量近乎均等的条件下,实现不逊色于具有辅助定子表贴式TFPM性能的横向磁通永磁电机的设计工作。论文提出了一种无辅助定子的聚磁式TFPM拓扑,首先基于有限元分析(FEA)确定了兼顾抑制漏磁和齿槽转矩的定子齿宽,再使用定子斜齿进一步地抑制聚磁式TFPM的齿槽转矩,并通过FEA验证了聚磁式TFPM设计方案的合理有效性。
        The transverse flux permanent magnet machine( TFPM) owns higher torque density than the traditional permanent magnet machines,however,it is also faced with the deficiency of high cogging torque and flux leakage. The finite element analysis( FEA) and prototype experiment validation of a surface mounted TFPM has been done to achieve the balance between restricting flux leakage and cogging torque,but it has the deficiency that the auxiliary stator is difficultly to be fastened. It is urgent to investigate a TFPM prototype that has the equivalent performance with the same volume and permanent magnet consumption compared to surface mounted TFPM with auxiliary stator. Therefore,a concentrated flux TFPM was proposed in this paper,the stator tooth width was determined based on the consideration of restricting cogging torque and flux linkage,and the cogging torque was further restricted by using the pitched stator teeth. The effectiveness of the scheme was verified by FEA simulation.
