摘要
目的观察2016~2017年北京地区非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)菌种分布情况。方法选取北京结核病控制研究所2016~2017年分离出的NTM菌株67株,采用微阵列基因芯片法进行菌种鉴定。结果 67株NTM菌株中经鉴定确定的菌种有11种,胞内分枝杆菌最多,占40. 3%(27/67),堪萨斯分枝杆菌占13. 4%(9/67),偶然分枝杆菌占11. 9%(8/67),鸟分枝杆菌占10. 4%(7/67),龟-脓肿分枝杆菌占7. 5%(5/67),耻垢分枝杆菌和戈登分枝杆菌各占3. 0%(2/67),草分枝杆菌、蟾蜍分枝杆菌、浅黄分枝杆菌、土分枝杆菌各占1. 5%(1/67),不在检测范围内无法判读的菌株3株,占4. 5%。结论 2016~2017年北京地区NTM菌株中至少有11个菌种,以胞内分枝杆菌最多。
        Objective To observe the distribution of nontuberculous mycobacteria( NTM) species in Beijing from2016 to 2017. Methods Sixty-seven strains isolated from Beijing Research Institute for Tuberculosis Control from 2016 to2017 were identified by microarray gene chip method. Results Among the 67 NTM strains,11 species were identified,including 40. 3%( 27/67) of M. intracellulare strains,13. 4%( 9/67) of M. kansasii strains,11. 9%( 8/67) of M. fortuitum strains,10. 4%( 7/67) of M. avium strains,7. 5%( 5/67) of M. chelonei-abscessus complex strains,3. 0%( 2/67) of M. smegmatis and 3. 0%( 2/67) of M. gordonae,and meanwhile,M. Phlei,M. xenopi,M. gilvum,and M. terrae accounted for 1. 5%( 1/67) each; three isolates were not in the range of detection,which accounted for 4. 5%. Conclusion There are at least 11 species of NTM in Beijing from 2016 to 2017,and the main species is M. intracellulare.
