<正>胰头癌合并梗阻性黄疸是否需术前减黄(preoperative biliary drainage,PBD),是业界争论颇多的热点问题,且近年的相关认识有很大变化。针对该问题,国内、外各研究中心取得了基本共识,但存在一定争议及尚未解决的问题。笔者对胰头癌压迫或侵犯胆总管下端需行根治性胰十二指肠切除术
