摘要
2001年至今,贵州大学MBA教育事业蓬勃发展,为地方经济社会发展提供智力支持,为加快贵州实现后发赶超和跨越发展做出了巨大贡献。但也存在诸多的问题,如MBA学位论文质量水平低下、MBA整体教育水平不高便是一个严重的问题。本文通过率、论文评价指标体系的统计分析,显示了贵州大学MBA学位论文盲评结果存在的质量水平不高、评价体系不科学、淘汰率低等问题,进而提出了优化完善论文质量评价标准,进一步加强对MBA导师的管理,实施双导师制,加强对校外导师的管理;不断优化论文评价标准体系,科学引导论文写作;结合MBA教育目标,论文评阅中内外双管齐下等观点,旨在保证贵州大学MBA教育质量水平的不断提高,更好促进我国教育事业持续健康的发展。
Since March 2001,MBA education in Guizhou University has developed tremendously and achieved great success which contributed greatly to the intellectual support of economic development and the catching up and leapfrogging development of developing areas in Guizhou Province. However,there also exist many problems,among which,low quality of MBA dissertation and low education level of MBA are the most serious problem. Based on the statistical analysis of blind assessment results,pass rate and the paper evaluation index system for MBA dissertation in Guizhou University,this paper points out the problems of the low quality,unscientific evaluation system and low rate of elimination for MBA dissertation in Guizhou University,which requires us to constantly minimize these problems from the aspects of improving elimination mechanism,encouraging teachers and students to participate in the competition,further optimizing all the links of MBA student management and training,further strengthening the management of the MBA tutors,putting the Double Tutorial System into effect and strengthening the management of outside- school tutors,constantly optimizing the evaluation standard system of the dissertation and guiding the dissertation writing scientifically,reviewing the dissertation in two aspects of internal and external with the goals of the MBA education. In this way can we ensure the continuously improvement for the quality of the MBA education in Guizhou University and at the same time promote the sustained and healthy development of the MBA education in Guizhou University.

1以上统计数据存在各项指标之和大于100%的情况,主要原因是部分论文在多方面存在问题,特别是总评成绩为差的论文,同时存在几个方面的问题。
1 2013年7月,贵州大学MBA教育中心组织MBA导师召开了MBA学位论文质量评价会议。
