摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀辅治慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压的疗效。方法选取医院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后的肺功能、肺动脉压、血清白介素-8(IL-8)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化情况。结果治疗12周、24周后2组患者肺功能及肺动脉压均有改善,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周、24周后2组患者血清hs-CRP及IL-8水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀辅治慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压能有效降低患者的肺动脉压,改善肺功能,疗效较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,each of 60 cases.Control group received routine treatment,and study group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment.The changes of lung function,pulmonary artery pressure,serum interleukin-8(IL-8) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were compared before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment,lung function and pulmonary artery pressure were improved in both groups,and study group was significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment,the serum hs-CRP and IL-8 levels decreased in two groups,and study group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension can effectively reduce pulmonary artery pressure and improve lung function.The effect is better.
