摘要
信息化环境下,高职院校学生管理工作仍存在请假程序繁琐、入住公寓检查工作量大以及当下可应用软件功能不足等问题,综合钉钉软件的功能和应用优势,以金华职业技术学院建筑工程专业学生为研究对象,探索钉钉平台请假执行审批、个性化建设、考勤打卡等辅助高职院校移动信息化学生日常管理的可行性,并着重阐述学生请假审批、宿舍就寝入住考勤的使用情况。实践证明钉钉平台的运用克服了传统学生管理模式的不足,实现了"互联网+"模式下学生请假、公寓检查等学生日常管理的高效化、精准化和信息化,有效推进"最多跑一次"的学生服务。
