摘要
青年教师是大学教育的主力军,高校寄予青年教师以厚望。本文从福柯治理性思想视角出发,探讨普通高校青年教师如何发挥自身主体性,从自我治理,即处理与自我关系入手,促进教师的专业发展和自我认知能力提高,达到教学科研工作和生活世界的和谐状态,从而实现青年教师成长为"四有"好老师和学生的引路人。
