摘要
[目的]翻译类风湿关节炎自我效能量表(RASE),并检验中文版量表的信度与效度。[方法]经翻译、回译及文化调适,根据专家咨询确定中文版量表条目并检验其内容效度,对92例类风湿关节炎出院病人进行问卷调查,检验该量表的效度和信度。[结果]中文版量表保留27个条目,因子分析共提取个7个公因子,累计贡献率为70.243%。量表条目内容效度为0.99,量表水平的内容效度为0.96,总体量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.916;重测信度为0.719;折半信度Spearman-brown系数为0.801。[结论]中文版类风湿关节炎自我效能量表具有较好的信效度,总体上说该量表适用于中国文化背景下评估类风湿关节炎病人的自我效能,但对于健康教育项目中自我效能评价需要进一步验证。
Objective:it translated the Rheumatoid Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(RASE)and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Methods:After translation,translation back and cultural adjustment,the items of the Chinese version of RASE were determined according to expert consultation,and the content validity was tested.The validity and reliability of RASE was tested by questionaire surveying 92 RA patients discharged from hospital.Results:27 items were reserved in the Chinese version of RASE, and a total of 7 common factors were extracted by factor analysis, with a cumulative contribution rate of 70.243%.Content validity of scale items was 0.99,content validity of scale level was 0.96,and Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.916.The retest reliability was 0.719.Spearman-brown coefficient was 0.801. Conclusions:The Chinese version of RASE had a good reliability and validity.In general,this scale is suitable for assessing the self-efficacy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the context of Chinese culture. But the self-efficacy evaluation in health education projects needs to be further verified.
