摘要
目的:探讨耳穴贴压及辩证护理在围绝经期失眠症中的应用效果。方法:选取某院2015年12月～2017年3月间收治85例围绝经期失眠症患者作为此次研究对象,将其随机划分为对照组(n=42)与试验组(n=43),对照组单纯应用中医常规护理,试验组以耳穴贴压配合中医辩证护理,对比两组干预前后睡眠质量以及生存质量。结果:干预后试验组睡眠质量各项指标评分均明显低于干预前及同期对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;干预后试验组生活质量评分中各项指标均优于干预前及对照组,差异对比有意义,P<0.05。结论:采用耳穴贴压及辩证护理在围绝经期失眠症患者中应用效果显著,有效改善患者的失眠症状,对提高其生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of auricular pressure and dialectical nursing in patients with perimenopausal insomnia. Methods: 85 patients with perimenopausal insomnia in a hospital from December 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(n=42) and experimental group(n=43). Control group simply applied traditional Chinese medicine care, the experimental group was treated with auricular pressure with TCM dialectical care. The sleep quality and life quality before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the indexes of sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). After intervention, the indicators of quality of life in the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of auricular pressure and dialectical nursing in perimenopausal insomnia patients with insomnia is significant, which can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of the patients, and is of great significance to improve their quality of life.
