摘要
目的观察补中益气颗粒联合常规西药治疗小儿慢性腹泻脾气亏虚型的临床疗效。方法选取2012年12月至2017年12月在绍兴市妇幼保健院儿科门诊治疗的慢性腹泻脾气亏虚型患儿100例,按诊治时间先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用补中益气颗粒治疗,2组均连续治疗10 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的74.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组血清锌、IgA、IgG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组血清锌、IgA、IgG水平均高于同组治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组上升更显著(P<0.01)。对照组总不良反应发生率为12.0%,治疗组为16.0%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补中益气颗粒联合常规西药治疗小儿慢性腹泻脾气亏虚型临床疗效显著,不仅能明显提高血清锌、IgA、IgG水平,而且能降低不良反应率,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Keli(补中益气颗粒) combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric chronic diarrhea with insufficiency of the spleen-qi type.Methods Totally 100 cases of pediatric chronic diarrhea with insufficiency of the spleen-qi type admitted to department of pediatrics of Shaoxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2012 to December 2017 were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission and treatment,with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Keli on the basis of the control group.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy after the 2 groups were both treated consecutively for 10 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 74.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in the serum zinc,IgA and IgG levels between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the serum zinc,IgA and IgG levels were all higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), moreover,the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.01).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the control group was 12.0%,that of the treatment group was 16.0%,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy to use Buzhong Yiqi Keli combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric chronic diarrhea with insufficiency of the spleen-qi type,which not only can markedly increase the serum zinc,IgA and IgG levels,but also decrease the adverse reactions rate with safety and reliability.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
