摘要
利用小鼠动物试验评价了低聚木糖酸乳饮料对肠道菌群的调节作用,根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003)中调节肠道菌群功能检测方法》进行试验,发现高剂量组的小鼠的体重无显著影响,对小鼠的肠道中双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量均明显高于对照组;肠杆菌、肠球菌数量与对照组无显著差异;产气荚膜梭菌数量明显低于对照组。因此,含低聚木糖的乳饮料能有效促进小鼠肠道双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的数量增加,并有效减少了产气荚膜梭菌的数量。
        The animal experiments in mice evaluated the regulation on intestinal flora with XOS yogurt. According to the health care food inspection and evaluation specification(2003) in the regulation of intestinal flora function test method to test and found that the high dose group had no significant effect on body weight in mice,the number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the intestines of mice were significantly higher than control group. There was no significant difference between the number of enterobacter and enterococcus. The quantity of clostridium perfringes was lower than that of control group. The results showed that the samples with xylo-oligosaccharide could effectively promote the increase of the number of intestinal probiotics bifidobacteria and lactobacillus,and effectively reduce the number of clostridium perfringens produced in mice. The above results showed that yogurt with XOS can increase intestinal bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, restrain the number of clostridium and aerogen. In conclusion,XOS is suitable to add in yogurt which can adjust the human intestinal flora,and maintain the dominance of intestinal probiotics,protect the intestinal environment for normal growth.
