摘要
本文详细阐述了叶酸的体内的生物学作用,影响体内叶酸的因素及与脑卒中的关系,说明了叶酸对人体健康的重要性及预防脑卒中的意义。为有效预防脑卒中,人们应该多摄入富含叶酸的食物或服用含叶酸维生素,尤其是患有H型高血压的人群,以补足人体所需的叶酸。
        This article stated the biological effects of folic acid in human body in detail,discussed influencing factors of folic acid level in human body and the relationship between folic acid and stroke,and illustrated the significance of folic acid for human health and prevention of stroke.People,especially patients with H-type hypertention should ingest foods rich in folic acid or take multivitamin containing folic acid to meet the demand of human body and to prevent stroke effectively.
