工作介质对电火花加工中材料去除的影响研究

摘要
对材料去除过程进行了微观分析,单个放电周期中材料被熔化后如果没有被及时蚀除,放电结束后会重新凝固在工件表面。对此,在有关研究成果基础上,利用声发射传感器检测方法,分析了3种不同介质对电火花加工材料去除的影响,发现不同工作介质中对熔融材料产生抛出会有影响。分析结果表明,水基乳化液和"蒸馏水+煤油"混合液中放电,因水会被热分解而两次声发射波,更有利于工件表面熔融材料的抛出,材料去除效率较高。
        Material removal process was analyzed microscopically. If the material was melted in a single discharge cycle and not removed in time, it would be solidified on the surface of the workpiece after discharge. On the basis of relevant research results, the effect of three different media on material removal in EDM was analyzed by using acoustic emission sensor detection method. It was found that different working media had an effect on melt material ejection. The results show that the discharge of water-based emulsifier and the mixture of distilled water and kerosene will cause two acoustic emission waves due to the thermal decomposition of water, which is more conducive to the throwing out of molten material on the surface of workpiece, and the material removal efficiency is higher.
