摘要
目的分析在妇产科教学中TBL结合CP教学的应用价值。方法将从2014年9月—2017年6月就读于本校临床医学七年制专业的120名大四学生纳为研究样本,并根据教学方案的差异性将其分别分为相对应的两组进行区别性教学(对照组:传统临床教学法;研究组:TBL结合CP教学法),而后由参与本次研究的带教导师就两组学生的理论成绩与操作成绩以及对教学方法的满意度进行对比分析。结果实施不同教学方案后,研究组学生在上述一系列相关指标中的数据明显优于对照组学生,且两者数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中,研究组学生与对照组学生对教学方法的总满意度分别为93.33%和75.00%。结论较之单一性的传统临床教学法,TBL结合CP教学法不仅教学效果显著,能够实质性地提高学生的理论成绩与操作成绩,还可提高学生对教学方法的满意度。
        Objective To analyze the application value of TBL combined with CP in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods From September 2014 to June 2017, 120 senior students from the seven-year clinical medicine program were enrolled as research samples, and they were divided into corresponding groups according to the differences of teaching plans. Two groups were applied distinctive teaching(the control group: traditional clinical teaching method; the research group: TBL combined with CP teaching method), and then with the instructors participating in this study comparative analysis on the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups of students and the satisfaction of teaching methods. Results After implementing different teaching programs, the series of related indexes data mentioned above in the research group were significantly better than the control group students, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Among them, the total satisfaction on teaching methods of the two groups students were 93.33% and 75.00% respectively. Conclusion Compared with the single traditional clinical teaching method, TBL combined with CP teaching method not only has significant teaching effect, substantially improve students' theoretical mark and operational mark, but also can increase students' satisfaction with teaching methods.
