摘要
使用N-[4-(三乙基铵甲撑)苯酰基]己内酰胺氯化物(TBCC)对过硼酸钠、过碳酸钠和过氧化脲进行活化,对沾染了茶渍、咖啡渍和红酒渍的白色纺织品进行室温洁白洗涤。实验结果表明,活化过硼酸钠体系和活化过碳酸钠体系对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤效果显著,但活化过氧化脲体系对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤效果不佳。研究发现,向活化过氧化脲体系中加入适量碳酸钠可显著改善其对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤性能。阴离子和非离子表面活性剂分别与TBCC活化过氧化物体系组合对污渍纺织品进行室温洁白洗涤,二者均对TBCC活化过氧化物体系的洁白洗涤性能没有显著影响。
N-[4-(triethylammoniomethyl) benzoyl] caprolactam chloride(TBCC) was used for activation of sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate and percarbamide for room-temperature cleaning of white fabrics contaminated with tea, coffee and wine. The experiment results show that the activated perborate and percarbonate systems exhibit outstanding room-temperature cleaning performance, but the activated percarbamide system exhibits poor room-temperature cleaning performance. It is found that the incorporation of sodium carbonate in the TBCC-activated percarbamide system can effectively improve its room-temperature cleaning performance. The TBCC-activated peroxide systems added with anionic and nonionic surfactants have no apparent change in their cleaning performance.
