摘要
<正>心肌能量代谢在心脏疾病进程中扮演着重要角色,心力衰竭时心肌代谢会发生改变,心肌代谢异常又常常推动了心力衰竭的病理生理进程。心肌能量学(myocardial energetics)是研究心肌能量、代谢、需氧与供氧平衡和心脏作功关系的一门学科。从心肌能量代谢机制而言,左心室直接利用ATP的代谢能量来进行生物力学工作。评估心肌代谢改变状况及变化程度,可以反映心力衰竭的严重程度,对疾病的治疗也有着指导意义。怎样评价人体心脏的能量代谢状况,
