摘要
为了保障航空器地面运行安全,提高机场无动力设备的运行效率,针对机场无动力设备实际需求与类型匹配问题进行分析,构建了机场无动力设备需求评估仿真模型。将某地面服务单位的实际数据输入进行验证,结果表明,机场无动力设备需求量与航空密度、设备调配模式、设备适用率3个主要因素具有强相关性,拟合结果符合机场现场实际运行规律。
        The present paper is aimed at analyzing the operational conditions of the non-power equipment and installation as well as their distribution matching interactive relation between the actual demand and the cooperative mission in the civil aviation airport so as to ensure the safety operation of such equipments and installations to heighten their operational effect and efficiency.At the same time,it is also intended to build up a proper mathematical assessment model for such equipments and installations in accordance with their stock necessity on the spot,their turnover time,their number demanded for the inbound flights for a certain time,in addition to their dynamic quantity,as well as that of variety for the departure flights for a certain time period,the dynamic quantity in reservoir,in addition to their failure rate.Moreover,the actual data from a ground service company should be substituted into the calculation model.Through calculating the number of non-power equipments for each period of time,we have managed to work out the final demand for them by using a MATLAB software.And,later,a further analysis of the number of relative non-power equipments and installations has been done as is required for the different types of aircraft.As a result,the simulated demand has been found coincided with the regularity needs of the on-site operations,which is equal to the daily demand for such equipment peaks from 9:00 am to 10:00 am,up to the second peak from 17:00 to 19:00 pm.That is to say,there lies a strong correlation between the demand for the airport non-power equipments and the 3 main factors:the aviation density,the equipment deployment mode and the actual equipment application rate.What is more,it has been confirmed that the unreasonable configuration of the non-power equipment demanded by the ground service company may lead to waste of some resources in comparison with the analysis result.Thus,it can be concluded that the module the paper has offered is in a positon to provide a practical approach to the safe and effective application of the nonpower equipments in the civil aviation airport.
