摘要
目的:本研究探讨乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶与谷氨酰基转移酶在慢性髓系白血病各期中的表达及意义。方法:将观察对象分为为正常对照组、CML-CP组,CML-BP/AP组。用生化法检测讨乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶与谷氨酰基转移酶水平。结果:CMLCP组LDH、HBDH、ALP、GGT水平明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性;CML-AP/BP组LDH、HBDH、ALP、GGT水平显著高于CML-CP组;CML-AP/BP组患者LDH、HBDH与骨髓内幼稚细胞数呈正相关,CML-CP组患者LDH、HBDH与外周血白细胞总数正相关。结论:CML患者血清LDH、HBHD、ALP、GGT水平与患者的病情直接相关,有助于更准确的判断疾病预后。
Objective:In this study to investigate the expression and significance of LDH、HBDH、ALP and GGT in control group and in different phases of CML.Method:This study includes the control group,CML-CP group and CML-BP/AP group.The chemical method was used to detect expression of LDH、HBDH、ALP and GGT in control group and in different phases of CML.Result:Expression of LDH、HBDH、ALP and GGT in CML-CP group was significantly higher than that in control group,expression of LDH、HBDH、ALP and GGT in CML-BP/AP group was notably higher than that in CML-CP group.LDH and HBDH had positive correlation with the bone marrow blasts in the CML-BP/AP group.In CML-CP group LDH and HBDH are relationship with the leukocyte count in peripheral blood.Conclusion:In CML patients,serum LDH、HBHD、ALP、GGT are closely relate with pathogenetic condition,which may be a key factors to judge the development of CML.
