CFETR真空室壳体成型回弹模拟

摘要
CFETR真空室是一个全不锈钢金属双层环形结构,具有高真空和薄壳的特点。本文选取真空室壳体中的一个分段为研究对象,对成型回弹进行有限元数值模拟与实验分析。通过调整成型过程中的冲压力、保压时间、成型温度等参数对成型过程进行模拟,对模具轮廓、成型回弹、工件形状三者之间的关系展开研究,为真空室壳体的成型提供技术支持。将模拟得到的工件形状与实验得到的工件形状相比较,发现二者基本吻合,表明模拟分析是有效的。
Spring-back simulation of stainless-steel forming for the CFETR vacuum vessel The CFETR vacuum vessel is an all-stainless-steel double wall toroidal structure, which has characteristics of ultrahigh vacuum and thin shell. A segment of the vacuum vessel shell was selected to analysis the spring-back of the forming numerical investigation and experimental. Adjust the punch pressure, dwell time, molding temperature and other parameters in the simulation to study the relationship among mold contour, spring-back and work-piece shape. There is a good agreement in the comparison of simulation and experimental results, and it indicates that the simulation is valid.
