摘要
近几年来,房地产市场不断发展,产品也变得更加多样化,出现了对比竞争。在这个时候,越来越多的人开始注重房屋的质量,屋面的防水也受到了较为广泛的关注。房屋的防水施工技术会严重的影响房屋的寿命和使用功能,甚至造成不可挽回的损失,所以对防水施工技术的要求也将变高。防水施工技术主要分为卷材防水施工技术、涂膜防水施工技术和刚性防水施工技术三种,本文主要对卷材防水施工技术进行简单的分析,并提出完善该施工技术的方法。
In recent years,the real estate market continues to develop,the product has become more diversified,there has been a contrast.At this time,more and more people began to pay attention to the quality of housing,roof waterproofing has also been a more extensive attention.Housing waterproof construction technology will seriously affect the life and use of housing functions,and even cause irreparable damage,so the requirements of waterproof construction technology will become high.The waterproof construction technology is mainly divided into three types:membrane waterproof construction technology,waterproof coating technology and rigid waterproof construction technology.This paper mainly analyzes the waterproof construction technology of the membrane,and puts forward the method of perfecting the construction technology.
