摘要

分析了无锡房地产市场不同小户型的空间结构模式及平面布局特点,通过比选确定了备受无锡百姓青睐的小户型方案,对同类城市房地产开发项目中的小户型设计与选择具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the spatial structure pattern and the layout characteristics of Wuxi small real estate market,and determines the small size scheme which is popular with Wuxi people.It has certain reference value for the design and selection of small units in the same city real estate development project And reference to meaning.
